Contours ensures its customers that services will be rendered in accordance to the final itinerary sent to the client prior to arrival to the Philippines. The following policies describes our service delivery.
Delivery Policy
- The customer agrees to the proposed itinerary, and must strictly abide by the schedule set forth.
- Any changes made to the proposed itinerary must be communicated to Contours, and acknowledged by so, before departing the country of origin.
- Additional costs to be incurred from changes in the schedule will be shouldered by the customer, should negligence arise from the actions of such. The same policy will be applied should Contours be at fault.
- The customer understands that the time set for the physical consultation, examination and medical procedure is an approximate value, as provided or suggested by the hospital representative or attending physician. Depending on the outcome of the test(s) and the actual procedure(s), the allotted time may be shortened or extended.
- The customer must submit health records when required by the physician, which are considered to be true and correct and done in good faith.
- The customer is required to provide a deposit to guarantee the booking.
- A copy of the passport must be presented upon arrival together with the credit card used for the deposit to verify the identity of the person who booked and arrived are one and the same.
- Promos and discounts may be applied but subject to the time period set by our partner facility.
- Costs published in the website are not final. These are only estimates to give the customer an idea on the price range. Prices may change depending on the final physical assessment of the physician upon your arrival, which may include incidental charges incurred by the customer.
- All incidental charges outside the package must be settled directly by the customer to the facility.
- Contours reserve the right to alter or modify our policies, procedures, and rates without prior notice.
- The concerned partner facility will assume all liabilities arising from services and/or procedures arising from such.
- Contours follows a special conversion rate to Philippine Pesos, for transactions settled through any other foreign currency in cash. Please refer to the website for the current conversion rate.
- An Official Receipt will be issued to you upon settlement of the balance, which includes balance of the package and any other incidentals.
Policies
- Contours will respond to inquiries within 48 business hours, except on Philippine holidays and weekends.
- Confirmation of your itinerary will be subject to your arrival and departure to and from the Philippines, and the availability of the physician and facilities of our partners.
- Schedules follow the Philippine time. The customer must be aware of the time difference between the country of origin and the Philippines to avoid any inconvenience.
Note: We will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as storms, earthquakes, floods, immigrations, health hazards and national security issues.
Refund and Cancellation Policies We at Contours do hope that you, our valued customers, will find satisfaction in the services we offer and provide. Outlined below are the refund policies that we observe: - Cancellation of Trips
- In case of cancellations, the refund policy of the concerned facility will apply.
- Contours shall collect the Php 1,000 non-refundable fee from your initial deposit.
- The remaining amount shall be credited/transferred back to your account. Penalties and charges for the crediting and transfer will be applied
- Immigrations
- In case of sudden deportation or refusal of entry by the Philippine Immigrations, Contours will apply the refund policies of the concerned facility.
- Contours shall collect the Php 1,000 non-refundable fee from your initial deposit.
- The remaining amount shall be credited/transferred back to your account. Penalties and charges for the crediting and transfer will be applied.
- Reducing/Extending Length of Stay
- In case of a shortened length of stay, Contours will apply the refund policies of the concerned facility.
- Contours shall collect the Php 1,000 non-refundable fee from your initial deposit.
- The remaining amount shall be credited/transferred back to your account. Penalties and charges for the crediting and transfer will be applied.
- For extensions, additional expenses must be settled directly with the concerned facility. Rates may or may not vary from the package.
